As before, the membership agreed to pay for the pizza.  We are asking for $10.00 per person to cover the pizza and incidentals.  Bring your own drinks.  Your prompt reply to the evite is necessary to order the correct amount of pizza.  FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO DON'T WISH TO HAVE PIZZA, PLEASE INDICATE THAT IN YOUR E-VITE RESPONSE SO WE DON'T ORDER TOO MUCH.  AND FOR THOSE WHO CANCEL AT THE LAST MINUTE PLEASE ADVISE US A.S.A.P.  THE CONTACT NUMBER IS ON THE EVITE.

This meeting will be important.  We will be handing out a sign up sheet for those who wish to sign up for either a dessert or side dish contribution for the up coming Holiday Party in December.
